After a scoreless second period, the Crusaders increased their lead when senior Dillion Tracy lifted a pass to senior Tyler Loughery who beat a defender one on one before sliding a puck past the Xaverian keeper.

Junior Anthony Carreccia sealed the game with an empty net goal with 2 minutes left in regulation.

Senior goalie Michael Lanaro was stellar in net, recording 20 saves for the shutout.

The Crusaders continue league play when they take on St. Francis Prep on Monday at 5:30pm at Flushing Meadows.
